COMING IN 2027: A unique Special Issue celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the Microwave Theory and Technology Society:
“MICROWAVES ARE EVERYWHERE”
2027 will be the 75th Anniversary of the MTT Society. As part of the celebrations, IEEE Journal of Microwaves will be releasing a very special issue we are calling “Microwaves are Everywhere.” The issue is based on a popular tutorial series we ran in our inaugural year and is intended to attract both common and more unusual applications of microwaves in EE as well as multidisciplinary fields. The emphasis is on applications, and we have solicited papers from world-class experts and many of the MTT Society’s 28 Core Technical Committees. The articles will take the form of tutorials that are at a slightly higher technical level than a magazine, but less rigorous than a technical review article.
Initial Manuscript Submission Deadline: Dec. 31st, 2026
