Due to ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the IEEE MTT-S 2020 2nd AdCom Meeting (AM2) will be held via WebEx.
The AM2 meetings will be held in two days as follows:
· Session 1: June 19, 2020, 20:00 – 22:30 UTC [Executive Session (separate Webex) between 22:15 – 22:30 UTC].
· Session 2: June 20, 2020, 20:00 – 22:30 UTC.
The Voting AdCom members, Past Presidents, and Committee Chairs are automatically registered as “Panelists”, and do not need to register separately for these sessions.
· Please follow the instructions in your WebEx invites to login.
· Please login at least 15 minutes prior to meeting start time, to resolve technical issues.
· Please load all presentation materials to MTT-S SharePoint prior to meeting start time.
All other MTT-S members must register and receive approval/login information to participate. Registration instructions are as follows:
Day 1 (June 19, 2020):
Go to https://ieeemeetings.webex.com/ieeemeetings/onstage/g.php?MTID=ebd0bf03ea5388d7879ef020c9b0a53d4
· Select “Register” at bottom of screen.
· Enter “DAY1ENT” for registration password, and select “Submit”.
· Answer registration questions, and select “Submit” when finished.
· Your registration information will be reviewed for potential approval.
· Approvals and login information will be provided via email no later than 16:00 UTC on June 19, 2020. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received any email by then.
Day 2 (June 20, 2020):
Go to https://ieeemeetings.webex.com/ieeemeetings/onstage/g.php?MTID=e1f21fa8d0ddd24a889dc037769728424
· Select “Register” at bottom of screen.
· Enter “ENTDAY2” for registration password, and select “Submit”.
· Answer registration questions, and select “Submit” when finished.
· Your registration information will be reviewed for potential approval.
· Approvals and login information will be provided via email no later than 16:00 UTC on June 20, 2020. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received any email by then.
