The IEEE Microwave Theory and Technology Society offers financial assistance to graduate, undergraduate, and pregraduate students. Applications for assistance int 2017 are due by October 15, 2016.
2017 IEEE MTT-S GRADUATE FELLOWSHIPS
The MTT Society provides financial assistance to graduate students who show promise and interest in pursuing full-time programs in RF and microwave engineering. There will be up to twelve awards for general Microwave Engineering Fellowships and two awards for the Microwave Engineering for Medical Applications Fellowships. The awards will be distributed at the 2017 International Microwave Symposium in Honolulu, Hawaii.

SPRING 2017 IEEE MTT-S UNDERGRADUATE/PRE-GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS
MTT Society will sponsor up to ten scholarships for spring semester in 2017 for undergraduate/pre-graduate students to encourage their interest in microwave and RF technologies.
Award consists of:
- Certificate of recognition.
- Scholarship of $1500 USD.
- Travel supplement (up to $1000 USD) to attend the IMS 2017 or a regional MTT-S sponsored conference.
- One year IEEE and MTT-S student membership ((membership is not required to be eligible to apply).
MTT-S strongly encourages students in Microwave and RF engineering to apply for these Scholarships and compete for the next group of recipients. Submission deadline for the spring 2017 Scholarships: October 15, 2016.
