The IEEE MTT-S Young Professionals, Education Committee and TCFDC are thrilled to celebrate the successful completion of our Virtual Workshop Series on “Artificial Intelligence for Microwave Technologies”!

We sincerely thank all our distinguished presenters for generously sharing their expertise, research insights, and perspectives on how artificial intelligence is transforming microwave, RF, antenna, radar, integrated circuit, electromagnetic modelling, and related technologies.

The series brought together an outstanding group of speakers, Uday Khankhoje, Fábio D. L. Coutinho, Kumar Vijay Mishra, Jia Nan Zhang, Fábio Passos, Dibin Mary George, Chenhao Chu, George Shaker, Sangkil Kim, Caglar Ozdag, Shekh Md Mahmudul Islam and Feng Feng.

Across the workshop series, the presentations explored exciting topics including AI-assisted antenna and metasurface design, deep-learning-based RF design, integrated sensing and communications (ISAC), RFIC design, radar sensing and digital twins, surrogate modelling, transfer learning, identity authentication, and AI-driven electromagnetic modelling and optimization.

On behalf of the IEEE Microwave Theory & Technology Society, we extend our deepest gratitude for every presenter for contributing their time, knowledge, and experience. Their inspiring talks and engaging discussions made this workshop series a memorable and successful initiative for the microwave and RF community.

We also thank everyone who joined the sessions and contributed to the discussions. We look forward to continuing to build connections between Artificial Intelligence and Microwave Technologies and creating more opportunities for knowledge sharing and collaboration!

All sessions are recorded and available on demand on the IEEE MTT-S YP website: https://mtt.org/ai-for-microwave-technologies-workshop/
