Mission Statement

The MTT-S TC31 Committee on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for MHz-THz Technologies spearheads theoretical advances and practical applications of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) in areas of interest for the MHz to THz community. Advances in neural networks, generative AI, diffusion models, large language models (LLMs), and other AI/ML developments are considered in relation to advanced applications in design automation techniques, novel MHz to THz components and intelligent systems such as radars, RFID and autonomous vehicles.
