Laleh Rabieirad

Laleh Rabieirad is currently a Senior Principal Engineer and chip integration lead at Raytheon Intelligence and Space., El Segundo, CA. She received her Ph.D. degree in 2008 in the areas of Microelectronics and Nanotechnology from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN. Her research and development work is on the design and integration of RF, Microwave, and mixed-signal integrated circuits and subsystems in GaAs, Si and SiGe technologies with applications in phased array radars and communication systems. Before joining Raytheon technologies, she was a postdoctoral scholar at California Institute of Technology working on the development of ultra-low power CMOS integrated circuits for cochlear implants and later she became a researcher at Blue Highway Inc, a medical device research incubation center. She has authored many IEEE papers on areas ranging from Nanotechnology to RF Microwave circuits. She holds multiple patents and has received multiple innovation and achievements awards, more recently Raytheon’s 2020 Technical Honors award.
