Arthur Paolella

Dr. Arthur C. Paolella is a Technical Fellow at L3Harris Technologies. Dr. Paolella has over 30 years of experience in research and development in 3-D printing of RF and photonics technology for space and communications. Dr. Paolella was the recipient of the Governor’s Business Ambassador Award presented by Florida Governor Rick Scott in 2017 in Israel. He is a Fellow of the Institute for Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE). Dr. Paolella received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering in June 1992 from Drexel University. He has authored more than 50 journal, magazine, and conference publications; written two book chapters; and received 20 patents in the areas of space, microwave, and optics technology. Dr. Paolella led the current Space Florida project that successfully developed and demonstrated 3-D printing of RF systems.
