ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Mentor–Mentee Initiative of the IEEE MTT-S BPC Mentoring Subcommittee aims to foster meaningful technical and professional relationships that empower the next generation of microwave engineers.
Through 1:1 guidance, participants can explore career pathways, research opportunities, leadership development, conference participation, and global collaboration opportunities.
The initiative promotes inclusive participation by connecting members from different regions, backgrounds, and technical interests into a collaborative international mentoring ecosystem.
