Biography
Zuo-Min Tsai (Senior Member, IEEE) was born in Miaoli, Taiwan, in 1979. He received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in communication engineering from the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2001 and 2006, respectively. From 2006 to 2011, he was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Graduate Institute of Communication Engineering, National Taiwan University. In 2019, he joined the Institute of Communications Engineering, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, as a Faculty Member, where he is currently an Associate Professor. His current research interest includes the design of microwave integrated circuits and microwave systems.
