Vincent Knopik

Vincent Knopik is a Senior Principal MTS and RF design specialist with nearly three decades of experience in radio-frequency power amplifiers, front-end modules, and integrated RF circuits. His technical background encompasses CMOS, SOI, and BiCMOS technologies, with expertise spanning circuit architecture, design and layout, validation, prototyping, and product integration. He has contributed to the development of RF solutions for base-station, wireless connectivity, satellite communication, and 5G applications, and has played a leading role in technical programs from concept definition to customer support and industrial deployment.

At STMicroelectronics, he has served as technical lead for Ku-band front-end modules and 5G power amplifier modules, as well as for the development and qualification of optimized RF power devices in advanced process technologies. His experience also includes international customer interaction, cross-functional collaboration with process and product teams, and the use of advanced RF design and automation tools. He has authored numerous scientific publications and patents in the field of RF power and module design.
