Biography
Dr.-Ing. Hernán Barba Molina, IEEE Senior Member, is a Junior Professor at Escuela Politécnica Nacional (EPN), Ecuador. He holds a Ph.D. in RF Engineering from the University of Stuttgart and specializes in microwave components and smart antenna design. He serves as the Advisor for the IEEE AP-S / MTT-S / RFID Joint Chapter at EPN, actively promoting high-frequency engineering research and student engagement across Latin America.
