Biography
Frank Olgslager was born in Wilrijk, Belgium, on November 24, 1966. He received the degree in electrical engineering from the University of Ghent in July 1991. At present he is working toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering at the University of Ghent as a Research Assistant of the National Fund for Scientific Research of Belgium. His research concerns the electromagnetic modeling of high-frequency electrical and optical interconnections.
