This dataset of complex permittivity for 75 categorized home and commercial furnishing materials has been compiled to support the development of accurate propagation models at terahertz (THz) frequencies. Average values and confidence intervals have been calculated from precise vector network analysis (VNA) and time-domain spectroscopy (TDS) measurements under collimated and focused beam illumination. Without agreed-to standards for quasi-optical transmission measurement, this work serves to fill that void and provide an important reference for researchers.
