The MTT-S has formed a Search Committee to identify a candidate to serve as the next Editor-in-Chief (EiC) of the IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques (T-MTT) beginning on Jan. 1, 2023 for a three-year term. The EiC organizes the peer review for the submitted manuscripts, provides constructive feedback to the authors, makes acceptance decisions, and assembles each issue of the periodical for transmission to IEEE Publications. It is therefore expected that the EiC would have a thorough command of passive components, RF integrated circuits, or numerical methods, and assemble a team of Associate Editors covering different subject areas as well as regions of the world. The EiC reports to the MTT-S AdCom at three meetings each year. It is expected that the work will require approximately 25 or more hours per week.

The Search Committee requests you to suggest names of potential candidates for the Editor’s position to the MTT-S Adcom Publications Committee Chair, Dr. George Ponchak, at george.ponchak@ieee.org. You may nominate yourself. The candidate must submit a CV and a letter explaining that they understand the time commitment before May 6, 2022.
