Souheil Nadri

Souheil Nadri (S’13-M’19-SM’24) received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA, in 2012 and 2019, respectively. The focus of his doctoral work was on the development of heterogeneously integrated GaAs Schottky diodes on silicon substrates for mm-Wave and Terahertz applications. During the course of his Ph.D., he received the IEEE MTT-S Graduate Fellowship Award in 2017. From 2020-2023, he was a member of the technical staff at HRL Laboratories, LLC, Malibu, CA, USA, in the Advanced Packaging Solutions group. In 2023, he joined Northrop Grumman as a Semiconductor Product Engineer to develop, mature, and insert advanced packaging technologies into the next generation aerospace and defense systems. Dr. Nadri is the author of more than 20 peer reviewed publications in the field of mm-wave heterogenous integration and advanced packaging.
