Sandeep Chaturvedi

Sandeep Chaturvedi received his B.Sc. (Electronic) from A.P.S. University, Rewa (M.P.), India in 1995, M. Sc. (Electronics)from Dr. Hari Singh Gour University, Sagar (M.P.), India in 1997 , M. Tech (Instrumentation) from Devi Ahilya University, Indore (M.P.), India in 1999 and Ph.D in Microwave Engg from IIT Delhi.
He joined the Gallium Arsenide Enabling Technology Center (GAETEC), Hyderabad, India’s only GaAs MMIC foundry, in Nov 1999, where he has worked in the areas of RF characterization of high frequency active and passive devices and MMICs, measurement automation, MMIC packaging and modeling and design of state of the art MMICs. He is currently Deputy General Manager and Head- MMIC Design Center in GAETEC.
His current research interests and activities are in the field of device modeling, packaging and MMIC design on GaAs and GaN technologies. He has published more than 20 research papers in International journals and conferences.
