Biography
Kim Eilert received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), Pasadena, in 2003. She has nearly 20 years of industry experience in RF and microwave design, focused particularly on passive filters. Her areas of interest include passive components, microwave & millimeter-wave filters, RF FEMs, and packaging. Kim holds three patents and is an author of several papers describing implementations of bandpass filters in integrated passive device technology.
She has served in several positions for the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society, and is currently the Vice Chair for its Operations committee, Inter Society committee, and Young Professionals adhoc committee, and also the committee Coordinator for its WIM and MGA committees.
