IEEE Nanotechnology Magazine: Special Issue on Nanoferroelectrics

MTT8 members Luca Pierantoni (l.pierantoni[at]univpm.it) and Davide Mencarelli (d.mencarelli[at]univpm.it) are organizing a special issue in the nanotechnology council magazine (IEEE Nanotechnology Magazine) on the topic:

“Nano-scale ferro-electrics for advanced electronics and microwave applications”
