Multidisciplinary Promise to MTT-S From Bordeaux

This month, we feature a student branch Chapter in Region 8: the Bordeaux Electrical Engineering Student Branch, a community of students active in many different areas of electrical and electronics engineering. The strongly multidisciplinary composition, with a large number of active members each year, renders this unit an interesting reality in the beautiful city of Bordeaux, France.

The BEE Branch was created in 2014 and has continuously developed its activities. It represents the diversity of topics of the Bordeaux Campus with nine active chapters: Microwave Theory and Technology, Antennas and Propagation, Circuits and Systems, Solid-State Circuits, Aerospace and Electronic Systems, Engineering in Medicine and Biology, Instrumentation and Measurements, Signal Processing, and Control Systems. The BEE Branch has a solid and regular membership of about 50 members each year, with an executive committee to secure the activities of each Chapter.
