Biography
Dr. Qin Pei is currently an Associate Professor at South China University of Technology. She received her Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering from City University of Hong Kong in October 2016, where her research primarily focused on CMOS RF and millimeter-wave front-end integrated circuit design. From November 2016 to February 2022, she worked as a Senior IC Design Engineer at HiSilicon, specializing in ADPLL phase-locked loop IC design. She has achieved several technical breakthroughs in ADPLL architectures and possesses extensive experience in analog and RF front-end circuits as well as PLL integrated circuit design. She has organized a WiM session in the 2023 IEEE MTT-S IMWS-AMP and contributed an article for the WiM Special Issue on IEEE Microwave Magazine.
