IEEE Northeast Brazil Section MTT-S UFERSA Student Chapter: Building a Vibrant Community in Region 9
IEEE Northeast Brazil Section MTT-S UFERSA Student Chapter is the first to be featured from Region 9 in Microwave Magazine!
Founded in 2021, the IEEE Microwave Theory and Technology Society (MTT-S) Federal Rural University of the Semi-Arid (UFERSA) Student Chapter aims to spark student interest in the fields of microwaves and electromagnetism within the university and in the semi-arid region. UFERSA, located in Mossoró, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil, welcomes students from various cities in the state and from neighboring states, such as Ceará and Paraíba. In addition, our chapter maintains a constant partnership with other MTT-S chapters in Northeastern Brazil, such as the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG), the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), and the Federal University of Ceará (UFC).
