Due to ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the IEEE MTT-S 2020 3rd AdCom Meeting (AM3) will be held via WebEx.
The AM3 meetings will be held in three days as follows:
· Day 1: September 5, 2020, 13:00 – 16:00 UTC [Executive Session (via separate Webex) between 14:15 – 16:00 UTC]
· Day 2: September 12, 2020, 13:00 – 16:00 UTC
· Day 3: September 13, 2020, 13:00 – 16:00 UTC
The Voting AdCom members, Past Presidents, and Committee Chairs are automatically registered as “Panelists”, and do not need to register separately for these sessions.
· Please follow the instructions in your WebEx invites to login.
· Please login at least 15 minutes prior to meeting start time, to resolve technical issues.
· Please load all presentation materials to MTT-S SharePoint prior to meeting start time.
All other MTT-S members must register and receive approval/login information to participate. Registration instructions are as follows:
Day 1 (September 5, 2020):
